We have been named as one of the lead schools for Hampshire Music Education Hub and are proud to offer a wide range of enriching opportunities. We ensure that every pupil has the chance to participate, discover new interests, develop their talents and enjoy experiences beyond the classroom

Extra-Curricular Clubs

We run lunchtime music clubs which are open to all children and are free of charge. These include two choirs and two drop-in orchestra clubs where children can come along to practice their instruments or play with friends and create their own music.

Instrumental Lessons

We have a team of peripatetic teachers who deliver piano, guitar, flute, clarinet and drum lessons on a weekly basis. Children also have the opportunity to play in a rock band with our Rocksteady band leader. We run concerts each term where children get to perform to their parents and friends.

Music Exams

We are proud to celebrate the recent success of our pupils who have achieved excellent results in their ABRSM music examinations.

Performances in School

Our children have many opportunities to perform and showcase their talents throughout the school year, including concerts, weekly singing assemblies, school shows and Rocksteady concerts.

Performances within our local Community

We love being part of our local community and providing our pupils with opportunities to share their talents beyond the school. Recently, our choirs have enjoyed performing at Wavell School, the Aldershot Garrison Christmas Carol Concert and at the Wellesley Summer Fete.
